True North

DePaul’s multi-site True North project is well underway in Rochester’s Upper Falls neighborhood. Construction for the project consists of two new apartment buildings totaling 70 units and a community clinic to be operated by The Finger Lakes Area Counseling and Recovery Agency (FLACRA). Additional partners on the project include PCHO and the Rochester Interfaith Development Corporation.

The $38M project is being managed by Christa Construction, and was designed by local architecture firm SWBR. Construction is expected to be complete in summer 2026.
